Why we built this.

The day before the pitch, the layoff, the toast, the call you've been avoiding — we all want a way to do it once before it counts. SPEAKSEASY is that. A private room with a real conversation partner who pushes back on you, asks the question you weren't ready for, and tells you afterward what you actually said versus what you meant to say.

We are a small team in NYC. We've raised, hired, fired, pitched, and flubbed enough toasts between us to know that the difference between a good outcome and a bad one is rarely talent — it's reps.
