We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your email, your display name, your subscription state, your session transcripts and recordings, and your reports. We do not sell, rent, or share that data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use OpenAI for realtime conversation, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Tavus for the avatar layer, and Stripe for payments. Each provider receives only the data required to perform its function. We have data processing addenda on file with each.

You can delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes transcripts, recordings, and reports within 30 days.
